Enlightenment

 Trust is defined as the firm belief in the reliability, truth or ability of someone or something. it is a fundamental requirement in any relationship and it can be grown or lost over time due to the actions and inactions of the parties involved.  In Genesis 12 we see two unique forms of trust; the first was between God and a man and the second was between members of a family and the family head.  Between God and a man:- Abraham the father of faith (who at this time still went by the name Abram) had built such a relationship with God over the course of his life that he now trusted God enough to pull up his whole family and start a journey to a destination he had no idea of. How weird would it sound if a person told you they are going out but then go on to say they don't know where they are going.
