The burden of leadership is responsibility and accountability. 
Deferring blame to another group is sometimes a form of submission.
No matter what a dog does, they'll always blame the owner 
No matter what a child does, society would always blame the parent
No matter who caused the ship to sink, the captain is always blamed
No matter what  women do,  men will always take the fall 

The term "Be a man!" has turned to an urban joke.
But really, it goes beyond not crying when you're distressed.
It's about being consistent and reliable.
It's about knowing that you can be counted on when it's time to salvage situations.
It's about being able to put a smile on people's faces even when you're dying inside.
It's about emotion management; not just the ability to hold back tears but ability to behave normally and morally in the presence of all sorts of emotions including envy, anger, sadness, lust, love, joy, sorrow and grief.

Tell your sons:
That the Y chromosome is not a flex
There is a reason you were given an extra engines;
Your lungs are larger, hearts stronger, bones as strong as steel and a will tougher than vibranuum.

The Y chromosome is there so you can take a beating 100 times and rise up one more time.
It's for you to weather the  storm for the rest.
It is to serve and protect.
You were made of the same stuff as gods.
Though you might be burned at a stake, you'd rise up again like the Phoenix.

Most importantly
Tell your sons 
That what makes a true man
Is his ability to say no to a promiscuous woman - the Achilles heel of all great men.

Many times I see young men, young spiritual men saying that God will bring the a wife to them but they are not working actively in the will of God. they are not doing the father's business. how do they now expect God to go about searching for a wife for them when they are not doing the father's business.  Dear young man if you want to work according to the order of Adam then you must know that Adam was doing the father's business as was Isaac, you must actively work according to the father's will I don't just mean God Almighty as our father. Studying Rightly

Hello guys, 2Timothy 2:15 "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." Did you know that for years I have read this chapter and only related it to spiritual things?  I took it to mean that by studying God's word and the life of heroes of faith I do prove my love for God, and I was right.  It's just that this passage meant a lot more than just studying Spiritual stuff, the truth is that it applies to every part of our lives, spiritual, intellectual, academic, marital, psychological, and even physical aspects.  Putting it simply if people see that you have more knowledge or wisdom on all subject matters they respect you and admire you for it and they are already respecting and admiring God your maker indirectly.  They will try to find the source of your unique depth of knowledge, wisdom, charisma or whatever it is they find attractive about you at that point you can easily tell them it's all...

Godliness: is Respect, Reverence, Piety towards God, Living a holy life. Contentment:   is a perfect condition of life in which no aid or support is needed for basic functionality, where the person is able to provide for himself at least all the basic necessities of life, where the person has sufficient for his needs (and possibly wants). In the words of Dan Lok, it’s the state of F U Money. The person is in all human description Self Sufficient not necessarily needing human help to live & survive. The person is self-sufficient and man enough. Let’s be truthful it sucks when you are so spiritual even the devil knows your name but you need to beg your friends to eat.
